Bad management, despite annual lost of revenue, CEO still gets bonus. We are losing services left and right. High turnover of staff. Nursing staff and floor staff are poorly compensated. Recently brought by Prime healthcare and they already have "non clinical" administrators trying to "educate" providers how long a patient should stay. Culture is do more with less. Annual modules are irrelevant to job that you hired for.
