Pros of working at Central Maine Healthcare

the most complete health system in the area

Cons of working at Central Maine Healthcare

Bad management, despite annual lost of revenue, CEO still gets bonus. We are losing services left and right. High turnover of staff. Nursing staff and floor staff are poorly compensated. Recently brought by Prime healthcare and they already have "non clinical" administrators trying to "educate" providers how long a patient should stay. Culture is do more with less. Annual modules are irrelevant to job that you hired for.

how they appear to be friendly while implementing policies that they know aren't good for the staff or patients

Probably need to trim down and rehire the C suite and have more working staff than admins
