Blair joined Aviva in February 2014 from ASB, New Zealand’s largest retail bank, where he was Executive General Manager for Wealth and Insurance. He previously worked at Great Eastern Insurance where he led the strategic planning and transformation process and was instrumental in aligning country operations to a common vision and strategy.
