The arena to share my building knowledge
Low pay, no advancement opportunities, dead end job
There are no benefits. No 401k matching, terrible and expensive health insurance. I had to tell them I was leaving to get a moderate raise.
The leadership team at my particular store is disorganized
Create a structure where employees can actually advance and build a career
I brought them my extensive experience and building knowledge, and they repaid me with low wages
It’s probably average for retail group. However, it is still below minimum wage. I don’t even make $20 an hour and the cost of living in my area is double that.
The only people I’ve seen last at my company are the ones that shut up and go along with everything without causing trouble. my particular store has zero black or Hispanic employees. This is not consistent with the demographic in my area

Hahahaha they are racist! Especially lumber stores in lil old white towns
The biggest joy came on the last day I worked there. Quitting was the Best decision
