Join us in our mission to transform the healthcare staffing industry and improve patient lives!
The Role
At Medely, we're transforming how healthcare professionals and facilities connect: faster, smarter, and at scale. Every experience we build helps nurses, clinicians, and hospitals focus less on logistics and more on care.
As our Staff Front End Engineer, you'll lead the front end vision for one of our core product teams. From architecture decisions to mentoring engineers, you'll shape how healthcare staffing feels and functions in the modern era.

Proven experience leading or architecting complex, interactive applications end-to-end.
Passion for design systems, performance optimization, and crafting exceptional user experiences.
Track record of mentoring engineers and improving team culture and process.
Collaborative mindset - you're equally comfortable whiteboarding solutions or rolling up your sleeves to ship them.
Awareness of scalability and performance considerations across browsers and devices.
BS/BA in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
What Will Set You Apart
You think beyond the code. You care about
how
things are built and
why
they matter to the user.
You've owned complex, high-traffic web applications and made measurable improvements to performance, scalability, or developer experience.
You have strong opinions, loosely held: you can articulate architectural decisions clearly but stay open to new ideas.
You find joy in details: accessibility, animation timing, responsiveness - the subtle things that turn a good UI into a
great
one.
Why Medely: Benefits & Perks
Competitive Compensation: Based on experience and performance
Long-term Incentives: 401k
Healthcare Benefits: Full suite of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance
