At the time I worked at COPC, they did not have remote working, so after I had moved 90 minutes away, I had to find something closer to home. Had I been able to work remotely I would have stayed with COPC. I have since found out in the last couple of years that they allow remote working, that I will look into applying for a job there.
Many great items working at COPC, 2 things stand out: Helping the patients with the financial part of their accounts, and the people I worked with in the CBO, very helpful, friendly and caring.
The best part of working at COPC was the friends I met/made. The financial benefits, seemed to show the appreciation they have for "all" employees.
The leadership, looked to the future and today. They took time to listen to employees.
At this time, I cannot say what would be "the thing" to improve the company culture, since I haven't been there since 2016 :(
I was part of Associated Pediatrics, that became part of the COPC Family.
Wonderful
It was Great, All were included.
Helping the patient, with concerns and giving explanations they understand. If I don't know the answer, I look for the answer or someone who could help the patient.
