About the Position
We are looking for a Human Resources Payroll Specialist to join our team in Medford, Oregon! The Human Resources Payroll specialist will process all CCS semi-monthly payroll in an efficient and timely manner. Responsibilities
Check each resident routinely to ensure that his/her personal care needs are being met in accordance with his/her wishes
Review patient care plans daily to determine if changes in the resident's daily care routine have been made on the care plan
Inform the nurse supervisor of any changes in the resident's condition so that appropriate information can be entered on the resident's care plan
Assist resident's with daily needs, including preparation for activity and social programs, and transporting residents to/from appointments
Create and uphold an atmosphere of warmth, patience, enthusiasm, and foster a calm and cheerful environment
Ensure residents' rooms are ready for receiving and help residents feel comfortable
Participate in facility surveys by authorized government agencies
Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines

GENERAL DUTIES:
Operations/Maintenance:
Ensure conformance to Company policies, local and international regulations relating to the operation of the rig, and current pollution regulations.
Perform daily inspections and maintenance on mechanical equipment.
Ensure compliance with the AIM (Asset & Inventory Management) system and ensure all records are maintained on a timely basis.
Carry out periodic maintenance according to AIM guidelines and coordinate that maintenance with supervisors and other department heads.
Ensure that reports for repair and maintenance of equipment are accurate and complete.
Assist with maintenance and repair of power plants, cooling water system, lube oil system, and fuel system.
Assist in troubleshooting and repairing faulty mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic drilling equipment and tools.
Assist in maintaining marine equipment, i.e. cranes, thrusters, ballast pumps and valves, auxiliary equipment, etc.
Apply the permit to work and isolation systems as required.
Assist in implementing outstanding recommendations from audits, as issued by Clients, Regulatory Authorities or rig management.
In conjunction with the Second Engineer, monitor and control the use and distribution of consumables/materials; generate requisitions as required.
Assist in ensuring that all third-party equipment is fit for purpose, certified, correctly installed, and maintained while on the rig.
Ensure that service, maintenance and other operational reports are accurate and complete.
Inform supervisor and other department heads of any technical problems or limitations that may affect the safe operation of the rig.
Carry out classification society surveys as part of continuous survey of machinery.
Personnel:
Promote and maintain good working relationships with other departments, third-party personnel and Customer representatives.
Ensure all Maintenance personnel meet the training requirements as per their applicable training matrix.
Mentor, coach, develop and train crew members to ensure they are competent to work at their next job level.
Provide leadership and motivation to the maintenance crews. Apply continuous improvement process.
Mentor the Motor Operator and deputize when operations, security of well, and personnel safety are not at risk.
Assist in training to ensure that all personnel are competent to perform their allocated jobs.
Participate fully in the annual performance appraisal process.
