Here's the Gist:
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will lead the US Central and South America Regional Sales Strategy for Wolfspeed. This person will be responsible for solidifying Wolfspeed's position as the preferred partner for our semiconductor portfolio of RF Power (GaN-on-SiC & LDMOS) and Power (SiC) across their sites. This is a critical, regional role with significant contribution towards the organization's Strategic Plan underpinned by aggressive Opportunity Generation (Design In/Win targets) aimed at meeting or exceeding Revenue (Business Win/Volume Production) targets. The role will report directly into Western Americas Sales Director.

Success in this role will be demonstrated by executing against a regional sales strategy, aligned with overall company goals, that creates a long-term, interdependent relationship with key customer stakeholders. Collaboration with Segment leads, Product Line Marketing & account-specific Applications Engineering as well as Customer Service, will be essential to accomplish revenue and relationship objectives. Additionally, the RSM must align strategically with his/her distribution partners and South America Reps to exceed revenue and demand creation targets.

The Day-to-Day:
Meet and exceed Wolfspeed assigned revenue on continuous growth targets Develop territorial and strategic account plans to support revenue targets consistent with the business unit strategies Support the customer through the design cycle from concept stage (CTO level) to production Build solid relationship with strategic customers and key distribution partners Inspire internal and external teams to achieve high expectations and breakthrough growth for WolfspeedEstablish productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned customer locations from operational to mid- and senior-levels.Own the Regional Account Strategy process & manage the development of the accounts in line with their respective business plans (annual and quarterly targets) As necessary, align & assign both Demand Creation & Fulfillment targets for the accounts with account team members and channel partners Develop business cases for new Opportunities, coordinating & leveraging functional and technical peers to secure and close Submit accurate & timely business forecasts, i.e. Opportunity Pipeline & RevenuePartner with Quality & Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution Assess product positioning and recommend changes needed to surpass competitors

This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional and proactive customer service and sales support for Kramer customers throughout the North Central Region.

The RSM will focus 50% of his/her time on channel management of current Kramer direct resellers, and indirect resellers purchasing through our distribution network. The RSM will spend 50% of his/her time focused on end user business development, including a direct touch approach in establishing life-long Kramer customers.
