Ronald J. Vales has been in transportation for 30 years. While attending College, Mr. Vales began working at Overnite Transportation as a part-time dock worker. During Mr. Vales fourteen year tenure at Overnite he progressed to Service Center Director of the company's largest facility over seeing both operations and sales. In 1993, Mr. Vales joined Averitt Express as a Service Center Director to open up the Chicago Service Center and eventually became the Midwest Regional Vice President. In 2000, Mr. Vales began his career in international transportation at Unity Distribution. When RoadLink USA purchased Unity in 2007, Mr. Vales served as Vice President, Sales. In 2008, Mr. Vales joined Central States and currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
