In my experience, the pros of working at CentraState Health system are... Providing help for the patients. Communicating with the staff. Completing my work very efficiently. Making myself available and completing my tasks, roles, and duties on time.
In my experience, the cons of working at CentraState Health system are... unable to pursue a career in the health care system. Working the long hours and the pay rate is low. Always running around to help out with the 12 hour duration of the shift. Trying to protect yourself from the sick patients and not trying to get sick or catch anything.
My favorite benefits of working at Centra State Healthcare System would be... The commute going into work is very close and short. Obtaining skills and knowledge on how to help the patients. Understanding the roles of how to help the patients. Communicating and helping the staff out when needed.
What I like best about the leadership at Centra State Health System is... Having them communicate with the other staff members when something is wrong. They are very understanding when they know that something needs to be done or complete. It is a great work environment and we all work as a team.
I would improve Centra State Health System by... Providing more staff members in the field. Lead the staff members in the right direction Obtain a guideline list of what the current workers need to do in order to complete their tasks.

During the interview process I was able to provide my resume and other additional information that was needed for this position. I was dressed nice and I was able to remain calm and be myself when doing the interview.
In my experience, the compensation at CentraState Healthcare System when compared to the industry average is... Very fair but low in my opinion I think all health care workers should receive a raise and should be getting paid more for all that they do.
The representation of diverse demographics at CentraState Health System is... Very fair for the most part the hospital is very diverse industry with different co-workers in different fields and positions.
Personally, the most fulfilling aspect of my work at Centra State Healthcare System is... Always being able to help people when needed. I always provide a positive attitude towards other and it is a great positive work force and work environment to be in.
