Being able to grow within the company. I have been with the company over 15 years and have had many different positions. Seeing what a difference our staff and therapist make in the patient lives is truly awarding and one of few reasons I stay.
The favoritism, the politics, and people thinking that you are a nobody if you do not have a degree. I am smarter than a lot of people here that do have a degree. Upper management (primarily at the Encino clinic and at the BFL residential) are a joke and think that they are more important than their staff and the turnover rate proves that there is an issue that needs to be addressed.
The benefits and the pay are not too bad.
What I like about working here is the staff and getting know the patient. I also like how we can take patient out to outing such as movies, grocery shopping, and etc.
There is not one think that i dont like about working here. So far, this has been my best experience working at CNS.
The pay and room to grow was what I liked about CNS.
The location I was at only cared about money, The staff didn't matter and the patients didn't seem to matter. They don't have the staff's safety as a concern if you're pregnant. The hours are not flexible. Cns was so understaffed that they would shorten lunch. If you are super busy with patients and not done logging,you have to stay over until its done and you don't get paid for it. $12 was not enough to do what a NRS has to do.
