Education and Experience Requirements Requires a BS Electrical Engineering degree plus 4 - 7 years of experience or equivalent relevant experience. * Altium designer experience or equivalent is required. * Experience with sensors, measuring devices, control systems, and automation is preferred. * phase-gate & project management experience is preferred. * Experience developing & launching new products is a plus. * Experience with customer interactions and factory visits is a plus. * Experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning system, SAP is a plus. Compensation Salary range for this position is: $123,000 to $139,000 annually. The base pay range for this job level is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
