Are you working toward your BCBA and looking for a practicum experience that actually supports your growth? Centria's Elevate Program is a full-time, paid practicum opportunity where you'll earn supervision hours, mentorship, and support across all hours, all while building real clinical experience with children and families.
As part of the Elevate team, you'll work as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and progress through a structured, three-stage pathway, Emerge, Empower, Ascend, with built-in milestones, wage increases, and personalized support.
Compensation: $18- $23 base pay with $2 per hour increases at each stage, plus full benefits.

Material Handler
Leggett & Platt, Incorporated is looking for someone to be a Material Handler at our Genesis Seating location in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
HOURS: Hours depend on shift
SUMMARY:
The Material Handler will be responsible for receiving, un-packing/packing material, palletizing, cycle counting, shipping, quality control, and data entry. Duties include pulling material to production area(s) for scheduled jobs, cycle counts, receiving stocking, shipping and maintaining accurate records on material movements.
What you will be doing:
* Transports various material including fabricated and vendor parts, scrap, finished goods, etc.
* Receives, stores, delivers and maintains inventory records of parts and materials to the production lines and other areas as required.
* Safely loads and unloads trucks and containers of materials, parts or products including steel and other items from trucks and makes delivery of material to the proper delivery point.
* Maintains a minimum stock in the production area to ensure continuous production and reports any part shortages.
* Complies with proper PPE guidelines. Follows rules for safe operation with fork truck with regard to pedestrian, factory property, the fork truck and material being transported or handled.
* Performs necessary transactions in ERP/MRP to maintain accurate quantity-by-location inventory control system.
* Performs safety and maintenance checklists on all equipment.
* Participate on Lean and Kaizen events and training.
* Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.

Receiving Clerk
Leggett & Platt, Incorporated is seeking a Receiving Clerk at our Genesis Seating location in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
HOURS: 7am-3:30pm, Overtime As Needed
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor
SUMMARY: The receiving clerk is responsible for accepting, checking, and processing deliveries at Genesis Seating. Accurate physical receiving of materials/product in order to maintain integrity of inventory controls, and insures delivery of materials/product to the proper department.
What you will be doing:
* Direct delivery drivers to the correct unloading dock
* Inspect the condition and quality of delivered items and matches them with the received product list
* Properly inputs received material into computer system and forwards prper documentation to accounts payable by end of shift each day
* Prepare and keep records of goods received
* Complete daily receiving entries into computer system
* Check deliveries against orders, invoices, manifests, and other documents to verify accuracy
* Record and report damaged items
* Store stock in an orderly manner in appropriate locations according to FIFO specifications
* Correctly route items to relevant departments and process inter-company transfers
* Organize stock and maintain inventory to FIFO guidelines
* Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other employees, supervisors, and managers
* Maintains a clean working environment
* Comply with standard safety and operating procedures
* Required to operate a HILO as necessary - both stand-up and sit-down models
* Assist in other departments as needed, perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs
* Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.

Success Measures

Duties and Responsibilities

Summary: Position will be responsible to collect and provide inspection data/capability data to help analyze and solve quality issues. Position will work with Manufacturing Engineers to make changes and improvements to product designs, standard work instructions, engineering standards and specifications, and manufacturing processes. Centria Autism job in Grand Rapids, MI
Centria is looking for a Licensed Psychologist to join our team!
Centria's Licensed Clinical Psychologist should have a specialization in early identification, screening, diagnosis, and treatment of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders from birth through 21 years. The Licensed Psychologist will be well-trained, possess a PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology, school psychology, or a related field, and have completed an APA-accredited internship and postdoctoral fellowship. This role should have clinical training/background in early intervention programs, the administration of multiple standardized assessments, including the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule - Second Edition (ADOS-2).
Success Measures
Success measures include adherence to Centria policies, quality standards, compliance with company and payor requirements, and meeting or exceeding personal qualitative and/or quantitative key performance indicator (KPI) metrics (e.g., productivity goals).
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for individuals suspected of having ASD. Activities will include conducting, scoring, interpreting, assessment measures as well as providing oral and written feedback of their results.
Utilize experience in administering autism-specific assessments such as the ADOS-2 and the Autism Diagnostic Interview - Revised (ADI-R). As well as experience with administration and interpretation of tools that assess:
Developmental, intellectual, or cognitive functioning; and
Adaptive functioning; and
Social functioning; and
Speech, language, and communicative functioning; and
Medical and neurological functioning.
Provide sensitive, thoughtful, and supportive feedback to parents as well as the ability to work well with team members, parents, young children, and colleagues in the community. The Licensed Psychologist may also be involved in consultation and program development with community providers, schools, and interdisciplinary clinical and research teams.
Highly motivated to increase both professional skills and knowledge in providing evidence-based and family centered care, and interacting successfully with those from diverse cultural, ethnic, and educational backgrounds. QualificationsEducation

Licenses/Certificates
Fully licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Licensed Psychologist or under provisions specified by their Board of Psychologist Examiners.
Work Experience
2+ years of professional experience in the examination, evaluation, and treatment of children and their families, preferred.
Experience administering and scoring commonly used standardized assessment tools (e.g., Vineland, WPPSI, WISC-V, EVT, PPVT, ADOS-2, ADI-R, PDDBI, PSI, SRS-2, CBCL).
