See what it's like... Position Summary The Center Administrator is an entry level operations role that establishes the foundation for future growth within the organization. This role is responsible for the overall operational functions within the center. Duties include cleanliness, maintenance, and facilities needs; ordering and managing supplies for the center; and assisting team members in the center as needed. Individuals in this role will need to provide excellent customer service by consistently demonstrating a professional disposition with all customer and team member relations over the phone and during day-to-day center operations. Success Measures Success measures include meeting all expected quality and service delivery standards, complying with payor requirements, adhering to Centria policies, and meeting or exceeding personal qualitative and quantitative key performance indicator (KPI) metrics such as BT utilization, client retention, and BT retention. Greet new and existing clients and other visitors to the center and give tours when necessary. Ensure the center is clean, attractive, and safe for team members and clients, and report to others as needed. Keep furniture and therapy equipment in good working condition and arrange for repairs and maintenance as needed. Maintain records to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal mandates. Receive deliveries, as needed. Ensure documentation is completed on time and following established Centria procedures. Appropriately report all critical incidents and safety concerns in accordance with payor requirements and Centria's reporting policies. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment to effectively work with the client and provide therapy services. Ensure required company postings are displayed in an appropriate area. Administer effective center operations and facilities management. Partner with the Operations Director to ensure team members adhere to best practices and show up on a timely basis. Partner with Operations Director to ensure client and Behavior Technicians schedules are maintained and up to date in Centria EMR system. Be a go-to person for general center-related questions. Able to either answer their questions or connect them with someone who can. Ensure state and Centria guidelines and policies are followed, and incidents documented and escalated to the appropriate parties as necessary. Maintain compliance and acquire technical knowledge by completing required training and attending meetings. Adhere to Centria's established policies and procedures. Participate in an agency-wide Compliance Program to ensure services are consistent with the individual's authorized services. The Payor Relations Specialist is responsible for managing relationships with health insurance payors and ensuring compliance with all contractual agreements. Centria's Licensed Clinical Psychologist should have a specialization in early identification, screening, diagnosis, and treatment of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders from birth through 21 years. This role should have clinical training/background in early intervention programs, the administration of multiple standardized assessments, including the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule - Second Edition (ADOS-2). Success Measures Success measures include adherence to Centria policies and quality standards, performing 5-6 assessments per week, compliance with company and payor requirements, and meeting or exceeding personal qualitative and/or quantitative key performance indicator (KPI) metrics. Activities will include conducting, scoring, interpreting, assessment measures as well as providing oral and written feedback of their results. Utilize experience in administering autism-specific assessments such as the ADOS-2 and the Autism Diagnostic Interview - Revised (AConduct DI-R). As well as experience with administration and interpretation of tools that assess: Developmental, intellectual, or cognitive functioning; and Adaptive functioning; and Social functioning; and Speech, language, and communicative functioning; and Medical and neurological functioning. Provide sensitive, thoughtful, and supportive feedback to parents as well as the ability to work well with team members, parents, young children, and colleagues in the community. The Licensed Psychologist may also be involved in consultation and program development with community providers, schools, and interdisciplinary clinical and research teams. QualificationsEducation Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree from an accredited university, with a clinical, counseling, or school psychology specialty area of training. Licenses/Certificates Fully licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Licensed Psychologist or under provisions specified by their Board of Psychologist Examiners. Work Experience 2+ years of professional experience in the examination, evaluation, and treatment of children and their families, preferred. Experience administering and scoring commonly used standardized assessment tools (e.g., Vineland, WPPSI, WISC-V, EVT, PPVT, ADOS-2, ADI-R, PDDBI, PSI, SRS-2, CBCL). Working Conditions Centria's office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM 6:00 PM. An LP will be given flexibility to coordinate a schedule to which they can consistently commit, where they are in-office 2 or 3 (out of 5) days per week. This position will be based out of our Portland, OR center. Available for special support and to provide mentoring during and after regular business hours for consultations on emergency/urgent matters, as needed. Additional time or flex schedules may be required to complete the above work or meet company objectives.
