In this role, you will: Training Design and Delivery: * Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning priorities, design and develop engaging, creative and high-quality learning content (virtual, e-learning, microlearning, job aids). * Create materials using adult learning principles and evidence-based instructional design. * Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging content for a variety of audiences and delivery methods with clear strategies and tactics to achieve desired learning outcomes. * Collaborate with subject matter experts to maintain and revise existing learning; ensure content is relevant and achieving desired learning objectives. * Demonstrate strong visual design skills, ensure deliverables are error-free, fully functional, and professional in appearance. * Apply adult learning theory when creating, updating, and evaluating course materials. Compliance: * Owns the administration of compliance training programs, including communication plans, writing communications and completion tracking. * Serves as the primary liaison with the external compliance vendor to ensure accurate program delivery and reporting. Monitors completion rates and ensure compliance requirements are met. Onboarding: * Design, update, and facilitate onboarding/orientation to provide a seamless and engaging new hire experience. * Develops onboarding materials, schedules, and resources for new hires, leaders, and HR facilitators. * Responsible for facilitating new hire orientation and supports other new hire orientation facilitators. * Tracks onboarding completion, creates and gathers feedback through surveys, and analyzes data to identify improvements. Evaluation: * Develop and administer evaluations to measure training effectiveness. * Analyze evaluation feedback and LXP data to recommend continuous improvements. Content Management: * Maintain learning materials, update content, and ensure accessibility and consistency * Utilize LXP to upload courses, track participation, and provide reporting. Who You Are: * Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. * 4-6 years of experience in learning and development and instructional design. * Proven experience in designing and delivering impactful learning solutions. * Experience with LMS/LXP administration. * Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Comfortable conducting meetings with stakeholders and delivering presentations in both informal team settings and structured professional development sessions. * Instructional design experience in sales training and or AI preferred.
