We are looking for real estate sales agents - new and experienced!
I'm the broker and co-owner of Century 21DeAnna Realty, a fast-growing company in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Our company has a location in the western suburbs of Cleveland near Lorain County Community College. Our office is also equipped with technology so that you can work from home and learn through Zoom as well as Microsoft Teams so coming into the office is not a daily requirement. We're looking for new and existing agents to join our growing team!
Real estate agents work with home buyers and home sellers, negotiate purchase contracts, coordinate financing and inspections, and market properties for sale. As an agent, you're involved in ALL aspects of a residential real estate transaction. It's not always glamorous, but it's an extremely rewarding profession!
We have recently opened up 3 more locations including 2 in the Columbus area and 1 in Mount Gilead, Ohio.
I have more than 20 years of real estate sales experience and my companies have sold over 10,000 homes. I personally help train and mentor brand-new agents. New agents at our office are also personally mentored by experienced, successful agents. If you've ever considered a real estate career, now is a GREAT time to start! Responsibilities:
Working with buyers:
Determining the buyer's wants and needs.
Explaining different types of agency relationships.
Educating the buyer about the current market conditions and trends.
Setting up property searches and finding available homes to view.
Setting up showings on homes for buyers.
Writing and negotiating offers.
Assisting buyers with obtaining financing.
Helping to coordinate home inspections, repair requests, and appraisals.
Determining the value of a home by analyzing recent sales and listings (comps) in the area.
Seeing the transaction through to closing and possession.
Working with sellers:
Determining the value of a home by analyzing recent sales, listings, and market trends.
Explaining different types of agency relationships.
Offering recommendations to make a house more appealing to buyers (staging).
Creating a marketing plan for the property.
Photographing the property or arranging professional photography.
Opening title for the property with a title company of the seller's choosing.
Hosting open houses and property tours.
Negotiating offers and buyer repair requests.
Coordinating appraisals and inspections.
Coordinating closing with the title company and other parties in the transaction.
Seeing the transaction through to closing.
Qualifications:
An Ohio real estate license is needed to be a real estate sales agent. There are 4 classes totaling 120 hours that must be taken in order to sit for the state test. I can assist you in selecting a school that suits your needs. Classes can be taken online (self-paced or live-streamed) or in-person. If you're already licensed, we will help you with the transfer of your license.
Payment plans are also available at different companies for the classes.
Good self-discipline and organizational skills are essential qualities.
An outgoing, friendly personality is a HUGE plus. Networking is very important for agents.
Top agents have GREAT communication skills.
A sales background is helpful, but certainly not required. We've taken on agents from all backgrounds and walks of life.
As a real estate agent, you are your own boss! An enterprising mindset is a must.

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all maintenance operations of the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, personnel management, compliance with safety standards, and customer service. Participate in on-call emergency at community

Promote harmony and quality job performance of staff through support and effective leadership
Customer & Resident Relations
Manage excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround and responsiveness
Projects a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives and public recognition
Ensure consistency in dealing with residents on all matters

Savills North America is seeking an FP&A and Strategic Finance Manager to join our dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate is mission-driven, action-oriented, analytical, and able to thrive in a growing and fast paced environment. This individual should have a track record of analytical acumen and rigor, process discipline, and cross-functional collaboration to align decision making and business goals and objectives. The position will work directly with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Team, along with cross-functional teams to ensure the organization is advancing its financial initiatives aligned with Savills goals and objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment and M&A:
Support the executive committee in broker recruitment and M&A processes, which includes due diligence, production of detailed financial models to evaluate opportunities, and creation of investment board packages.
Represent and support the constructs of finance's Transformation (i.e., decision support) and Finance Leadership and Growth Attribute's models.
Develop actionable insights to inform Recruiting and M&A decisions and business strategy.
FP&A:
Assist with the development senior management review materials aimed at facilitating decision-making and business performance assessments including monthly results, forecasts, pipelines, etc..
Maintain the Company's multi-year planning model to facilitate scenario analysis and ongoing tracking of long-term objectives.
Identify opportunities to enhance systems, tools, and processes that improve efficiency, transparency, and scalability- focusing on using technology and PowerBi.
Other duties may be assigned based on the company's strategic initiatives.
Mentor and develop the FP&A Analyst as well as fostering a culture of learning and collaboration across all business functions
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree (Finance, Economics, Business, or related field preferred)
5+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or a related business discipline-preferably within commercial real estate, professional services, or financial sectors
QUALITIES & ATTRIBUTES
Strong sense of integrity with the ability to handle sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality.
Strong analytical mindset: able to synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable business insights.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI, SQL, or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or Dynamics) is a plus.
Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environment.
Superior written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex information for a variety of audiences.
Outstanding ability to communicate and break down complex ideas into digestible, simpler components.

About The Job:
Serve as the primary administrative support, “right hand” to the principal, managing his calendar, scheduling meetings and prioritizing his in-box, personal and professional.
Manage personal and professional projects including a home construction project and house maintenance.
Manage commercial real estate holdings
Arrange domestic and international travel arrangements
Craft and edit emails and other correspondence on his behalf; speak to broker dealers/clients on a regular basis; maintain client and broker dealer files; financial reporting
Handle work with charitable organizations
Plan dinners, events
Track and manage deadlines, priorities, and follow-ups for the principal
Expense reporting
Personal work; errands and special projects
Professional ad hoc projects
About You:
At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Personal Assistant supporting a HNW C-Suite executive, preferably at a small finance firm or family office. Experience at a brokerage firm also highly desired
Bachelor's Degree; finance degree a PLUS
Detail-oriented and organized with exceptional problem-solving skills.
A great communicator to speak with broker dealer clients with a “high touch” service mentality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced Excel
Professional, proactive with a warm, calm personality.
A desire to work in a small home office
