Your Education and Experience:

Qualifications:

Essential Functions
Manages construction of large parking lots throughout the U.S.
Identifies and ensures timely delivery of equipment and material of projects
Manage vendors for assigned project
Executes project set up prior to construction
Reviews scope, plans, materials, etc. to understand every aspect of the job(s) being managed
Identifies opportunities to bring value to our clients
Documents the job progress on a daily basis to ensure the customer's needs are met
Send consistent reports to the client and Rabine America office team
Responsible for project execution within budget; identifies opportunities for cost savings
Serves as first point of contact to customer and is responsible for a relationship based on trust and co-operation, and communication
Maintain constant communication with the customer, the subcontractors, the National Operations Manager, and the Operations Coordinator.
Negotiate various aspects of the project when needed and track any change orders
Provide quality control over projects to inspect for scope discrepancies, quality and cleanliness
Work with other Project Managers to collaborate with and support each other
Leads and ensures everyone onsite is promoting an injury and incident free safety culture
Work with the Rabine safety team to push our safety standards on the subcontractors and all at the job site
Execute any onsite repairs (signs, bollards, etc.)
Prospect other subcontractors to work with in the future, to continue to aid in the company's growth
Requirements
Qualifications
3+ years of construction industry experience
Paving industry or project management experience
Bachelor's degree in Construction or Project Management a plus
Demonstrated ability to set and manage budgets and resources
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of financial impacts of decisions with respect to project budgets
Clean driving record and a valid driver's license required
OSHA 30 Certification, First Aid and Flaggers Certification, and site relevant safety procedures certifications preferred
SWPPP certification is preferred
Experience with mix designs and pavement specifications is a plus
MS Office Skills
Ability to perform manual labor (this includes being able to lift up to 70lbs

We are hiring for an Enhancement Manager to join our Lilburn Maintenance team. Position Description: The Enhancement Manager oversees the production, sales, and customer satisfaction of all branch enhancement projects, while managing budgets, developing field leadership, and contributing to overall branch and company performance goals. This role requires strong collaboration across teams to drive profitability, operational excellence, and client retention. Responsibilities:
Communicate to all your supervisors the philosophies, policies, and procedures by which the company operates.
Clearly communicate the branch's annual and long-term goals to those supervised, motivate them in an acceptable fashion to “exceed our expectations” and monitor progress toward these objectives through timely formal reviews and regular informal evaluations.
Develop a clear understanding of your field manager's strengths, weaknesses, and professional and personal goals. Based on this knowledge, take an active role in their development within the company in an effort to respond to personnel needs in and out of your branch.
Maintain a constant recruiting effort to address personnel needs in the production area company-wide.
Oversee all seasonal color rotations.
Develop by hand or computer, depending on size, profitable estimates for enhancement work as needed to hit sales objectives.
Prepare job packages and billings for all enhancement jobs you sell.
Develop a clear understanding of the hourly and cost budgets for each of your jobs. Monitor by reviewing job costs regularly. Communicate job cost information to field managers on a regular basis to control hours and costs.
Monitor the quality of our service through regular job site visits. Evaluate site performance by completing one field report/inspection report per quarter for the last three quarters of the year. Address any customer concerns within 24 hours.
Oversee all hard material purchases for the branch.
Coordinate all deliveries of material to the yard and maintain the enhancement nursery space.
Schedule all enhancement crews and maintain properly staffed crews.
Conduct formal certification training and informal training sessions on a regular basis.
Write purchase orders and approve invoices for all purchases made.
Update the enhancement sales sheet for all enhancement sales monthly.
Monitor AM and PM routines of your crews.
Help to maintain a branch facility that reflects our corporate image and provides a safe, comfortable environment for all employees and visitors.
Help to maintain branch fleet and equipment that reflect our image and provide a safe operating environment for our employees.
Prospect for leads and make sure they get included in the branch's prospecting system.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability and two years' experience managing others on the production level, including recruiting, hiring, performing evaluations, and training and development.
Demonstrated skill and ability in sales and customer service. Must have at least two years of experience dealing directly with service customers.
Demonstrated skill and ability in managing the production of service work. At least two years of experience running more than one project at a time.
Demonstrated ability and at least one year of experience estimating enhancement-type work.
Two or four-year horticultural or related degrees and two years of industry experience. Additional industry experience or industry certifications can substitute for a non-related degree, two-year degree, or no degree.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, in English.
Valid commercial driver's license with a clean record over the last three years.

The Assistant Field Manager is responsible for assisting the Field Manager in managing labor and material in the field to complete assigned contract maintenance and snow removal projects. In addition, assistant field managers must develop the people that report to them. Success in this position is indicated by jobs in which contracts are renewed, jobs completed in the budgeted hours, and low negative turnover of assistants and crewmembers. This position must cooperate with other landscape management field managers and enhancement field managers to see that the overall goals of the branch are met.
Responsibilities

Be an active part of our training process by attending or conducting certification training sessions on a regular basis.
