Maintain understanding of market trends and the impact to the team, organization and clients being served. Education and Experience: 4+ years' experience in commercial real estate property management. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or experience. Real Estate License or willingness to obtain. Valid drivers' license required. IREM, CPM or BOMA RPA certification, preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience creating and following budgets for commercial properties.
