The Role
The Regional EH&S Manager II position helps plan, develop, and manage the implementation of the environment health and safety (EH&S) function including programs, initiatives, projects and resources within an assigned geographic region for a global telecommunications service provider. The position reports to the Manager EH&S.
The Regional EH&S Manager is responsible for implementation of the company's environment health and safety compliance and risk reduction policies and practices, managing the EH&S function and day-to-day support requirements for all company operations and locations within a geographic area of responsibility. This position is responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of elements of EH&S management systems to achieve the department's and organization's stated objectives. The Regional EH&S Manager successfully manages projects to meet established quality, schedule, and budget requirements of stakeholders.

The Main Responsibilities
* Leads implementation (and may contribute to development) of elements of EHS management systems
* Performs incident response and management including incident investigations, root cause analysis, development and implementation of corrective action plans, and related documentation and communication.
* Support the planning and implementation of EHS loss prevention programs and projects necessary to control exposures to losses such as occupational injuries and illnesses, environmental contamination and property damage in assigned states.
* Performs facility and operational EH&S reviews to identify deviations from regulatory or company requirements and collaborates with stakeholders to identify options for corrective action.
* Delivers EH&S training
* Leads and/or participates in Safety Committees
* Manages all EH&S compliance and related activities included data management in geographical areas of responsibility including but not limited to requirements under OSH Act, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Safe Drinking Water Act, RCRA, CERCLA, NEPA, TSCA, EPCRA, Oil Pollution Act, including related requirements promulgated by local or state agencies.
* Provides subject matter expert support to other team members or organizations on one or more EH&S related topics
* Trains and mentors less experienced EH&S professionals
* Takes the lead on making decisions and projects after consulting with their manager

Cox Fleet is currently hiring a Light/Medium Duty Automotive Technician to join our recently acquired company, Corcoran Fleet Services, to support our combined future growth. The Light/Medium Duty Automotive Technician will be responsible for performing Preventative Maintenance inspections, light and follow-up repairs, light mechanical/hydraulic/electrical and electronic diagnostics, licensed DOT inspections, and other duties as assigned at our customer locations. Light/Medium Duty Automotive Technician continues to learn additional advanced mechanical skills and diagnostic Techniques. A successful Light/Medium Duty Automotive Technician complies with all company policies and achieves high level performance metrics.
You will work on various light/medium duty vehicles such as F150, F250, and F350, including some specialty equipment etc.
Travel is 100% of the time. This position will service multiple customers in your area and around the state, depending on customer concentration.
A rotating schedule of Mon-Fri the first week and Mon-Sat the second week (Home every day)
This is a Flat Rate Position with abundance of work available.
DUTIES
Always follow and comply with safe operating practices and procedures.
Travel to and perform work at customer location, with most of the work performed outside.
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance (“PM”), DOT Inspections and follow up repairs on light and medium vehicles in the field.
Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment.
Use hand tools, precision instruments, as well as some Diesel tools, lifts, and jacks.
Perform minor adjustment and repairs on various types of customer vehicles, trucks, and equipment including, but not limited to the following: Electrical/Brake/Cooling Systems, Starters/Alternators, Fan clutches, Engine electronics, Engines (gas only), Transmissions (manual and automatic) etc.
Diagnose, adjust, and repair various types of vehicles, trucks, and equipment including, but not limited to the following: Electrical/Brake/Cooling Systems, Starters/Alternators, Air conditioning systems, Fan clutches, Engine electronics, Diesel steering systems, Engines (gas only), Transmissions (manual and automatic), Clutches, Differentials, etc.
Inspect, test, and listen to defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using test instruments such as scanners and pressure gauges.
Identify problems, determine accuracy and relevance of information, using sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives.
Independently determining parts required for each job, ordering, and picking up the parts for installation.
Perform all work in compliance with organizational safety, health and environmental policies, and federal regulations, to include OSHA, EPA, and DOT.
Document according to company standards and upload pictures of work performed, parts used, and all findings observed on Repair Orders (“RO”) using company provided cellphone and on paper.
Accurately complete DOT forms and all other forms of documentation in a timely fashion, as applicable.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Assist in cleanup at the end of each day for tools, parts, and equipment.
Apply knowledge that is acquired through formal training or on-the-job experience to perform one's job; works with, understands, and evaluates technical information related to the job.
Work with support team to assess customer needs, provide information or assistance, resolving their problems, or satisfying their expectations.
Manage concurrent assigned tasks, making effective judgments as to prioritizing work related activities and time allocations.

Maintain assigned service vehicle, conduct safety checks and daily pre/post trip inspections.
Adhere to company policies, processes, and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license .
Possess and supply a set of hand tools necessary to perform required job duties.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience as an Automotive Technician on light/medium vehicle repair or equivalent combination of technical education/certifications/skill/experiences.
2 years of equivalent experience in a similar capacity Technician role.
Participate in and complete all-in company required training.

Job Summary
The Portfolio Manager manages and grows a portfolio of dealer clients across the assigned Baltimore/DC territory with lines of credit ranging from $50,000 to $2.5M within an assigned geographic territory. Responsibilities
Optimize each client's use of the line of credit within an assigned portfolio whose lines of credit range from $50,000 to $2,500,000 by acting as floor plan subject matter expert to their portfolio of clients.
Achieve goals and performance targets as set by the company by regularly engaging with clients in person or virtually by collaborating with internal partners to drive revenue and maximize profitability through prudent account management, controlled growth and risk mitigation.
Educate clients on desired performance behaviors, self-service options, and best practices and coach them to ensure compliance with company policies and expectations.
Collect and analyze client financial information and various internal reports and dashboards to assess and monitor dealer performance and address with the dealer as appropriate to drive growth and manage risk.
Utilize company provided historical data and tools to identify targets for opportunity of growth and determine clients that are having financial distress.
Collaborate and strategize with Risk and Recovery department with pre-default risk mitigation and post default collection efforts on defaulted accounts within a specified timeframe. Minimize loss and maximize recovery.
Physical inspection of inventory, and accuracy of audits and repossession as necessary. Inspect what is expected to ensure quality control, inventory, audit self- reconciliation, addition of inventory and buying behaviors.
Serve as a fiduciary for the company including identifying and reporting to the company any material client or internal non-compliance with company policies, attempted or actual fraud upon the company or any other circumstance that may require identification and reporting to protect the company.
Operate with the highest level of integrity and always strive to achieve the best outcome for both the clients and our company.

What You'll Do
You'll perform light duty work as an intermediate-level auto tech. You'll improve your skills in a supportive environment. Other responsibilities include:
Gain familiarity with auto maintenance concepts and practices.
Perform auto maintenance tech duties, including oil and filter change, fuel filter change, transmission flush, spark plugs and vehicle inspection.
Perform battery testing, maintenance and replacement and testing and repairing of starting and charging electrical systems.
Perform various repairs including tires, safety inspections and interior/exterior components.
Diagnose and repair brake systems, steering and suspension systems.
Perform an evacuation and recharge on the AC system.
Perform maintenance on equipment.
Utilize approved vendors to obtain parts.
May up fit new vehicles with necessary equipment
Complies with applicable procedures and regulations regarding recyclables, fluids, tires, and disposable trash.

Benefits
