Machine Packer Pay/Schedule: Pay $17/hr + shift premiums 2nd shift premium $1/hr and 3rd shift premium $2/hr 2nd shift: 2pm - 10pm and 3 rd shift : 10pm - 6am Training may take place on 1 st shift 6am -- 2pm Schedule: Mon - Fri / Sat required during busy season/based on business needs. Machine Packer Responsibilities & Daily Duties: Loads paper on to automatic hand-fed orweb envelope folding machines; pack finished product. Inspects quality of envelopes, labels cartons, reports variances to key personnel. Checks current production orders/schedules to determine daily production requirements. May be required to do rework on finished product; Cleans up work area during/end of shift. Other duties as assigned/required. Machine Packer Physical Requirements & Work Environment:- Ability to keep up with a high-speed delivery output in a standing position for a full shift. Mental alertness; Ability to step up/reach overhead/manually feed paper into machine. Ability to lift up to 55 pounds; Manual dexterity required to grasp objects. LOCATION: Chicago 4 days in office or Remote US Responsibilities Support the Integrated Media Planning teams through the strategic development of media plans, flawless activation and execution, and accurate billing / financial management of each client's media investment. Direct and execute investment strategies, by client, to secure the best possible rates for our clients based on their goals, objectives, budget and savings targets. Utilize data (rate, spend and plan history; internal benchmarks; database; channel and sales results; and all additional relevant data) to negotiate campaigns and achieve desired outcome across all vendors; direct team re: same.
