Cequence Security CEO and leadership

Larry’s operating experience spans three decades and includes leadership roles at five startups. He is currently the President and CEO of Cequence Security (formerly Stealth Security). Before Cequence, Larry was SVP of Worldwide Sales for Palo Alto Networks (NYSE: PANW). He closed the first customer in June of 2007 and then over the subsequent 5.5 ran Palo Alto's field operations through the successful IPO in July 2012. Prior to his role at Palo Alto Networks Larry was SVP of Sales for Silver Peak Systems. He ran Worldwide Sales at Neoteris from inception thru its acquisition by Juniper Networks (NYSE: JNPR) in April 2004. Prior to Neoteris he ran Enterprise Sales for [email protected] (Nasdaq: ATHM) from its launch in 1996, through IPO in 1997 and its subsequent merger with Excite in 1999.Earlier in his career, Larry held sales and sales management positions at Silicon Graphics and Hewlett-Packard. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.

Shreyans Mehta is an innovator in network security and holds several patents in the field. Before co-founding Cequence Security, he was Architect and Technical Director at Symantec, where he led the development of one of the most advanced network security platforms and intrusion prevention technologies based on real-time packet inspection and cloud-based big data analytics. It’s responsible for detecting more than half of the billions of threats that Symantec identifies every year. Shreyans has a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.
