Position Overview - Mid-Senior Healthcare Client Partner Role
Avant-garde Health seeks a leader in healthcare performance improvement to join our dynamic Customer Success team. The Principal Software Engineer provides expertise in the design, development, characterization, and testing of complex software/firmware used to drive and manage complex electromechanical medical devices. As a Director, Information Security, you'll lead our Security Engineering and Security Operations teams to shape how we defend our platforms at scale. You'll build modern security programs grounded in automation, AI, and pragmatic risk management. What You'll Do

What You'll Bring
At least 10 years of progressive experience in security, including 5+ years in leadership roles with a strong emphasis on both proactive security engineering and reactive security operations.
Strong technical foundation in modern enterprise and cloud environments, including what we secure (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, datacenters, IoT) and what we secure it with (SIEM, EDR, CSPM, SAST/DAST, IAM, forensics).

Internship Logistics
Our Summer Internship Program is an 11-week [June 1 - August 14] paid experience at our Boston, MA headquarters. Interns are required to be in office 5 days a week.
Before diving into individual teams and projects, all interns will complete Klaviyo Base Camp - our customized onboarding experience. Base Camp provides focused time to learn about Klaviyo, our product, the ins and outs of engineering and spend time getting to know other interns. This robust training experience ensures all interns join their teams fully prepared to dive into project work and make an immediate impact.
Our Boston office is fun - our interns stay fueled with free snacks and drinks, take breaks with each other over a game of ping pong, Nintendo, or a round of golf with our simulator, and relax in our speakeasy (yes you read that right!).
