David Mou is a Psychiatrist at Massachusetts General Hospital at Partners HealthCare, Director of US China Partnerships at Massachusetts General Hospital, and Chief Medical Officer at Cerebral and is based in Boston, Massachusetts. He has worked as CEO at SCHOLARLOCKER LLC; Intern at F Prime Capital; and Medical Director, Co Founder at Valera Health. David studied at Harvard Medical School, Harvard University, and Harvard Business School between 2012 and 2014.

Jessica Bloomgarden founded AfterSteps in 2011 after losing a grandparent. Previously, Jessica was a Principal at 21Ventures, a cleantech venture capital firm, where she also served as Chief Marketing Officer for a portfolio company. Prior to 21Ventures, Jessica worked in JPMorgan’s investment banking group, where she helped start the firm’s cleantech practice. Jessica received her MBA from Harvard Business School, where she was the recipient of her class’s Dean’s Award and a Rock/Lebor fellowship. She received her BA from Stanford University where she received her class’s Award of Excellence.

Graduate student in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University and Executive Assistant to the CEO at Cerebral. Extensive experience in working 1-on-1 with individuals in many capacities, personal and professional marketing, and navigating various administrative tasks.
