Carrie is an industry veteran with 20+ years of business experience and IT expertise leading enterprise organizations. Most recently, she was Chief Information Officer at The Save Mart Companies, where she transformed the company’s IT division delivering multi-year roadmaps, organizational alignment, and governance.

She began her career in Information Technology at Safeway Inc. where she held multiple senior leadership roles across IT, overseeing technology strategy, development, and support for all aspects of the business. Carrie rose to the position of Group Vice President of IT, where she led the merger integration between Safeway and Albertson’s. Carrie brings extensive background in merger integration, advanced analytics, digital marketing, commerce and system modernization.

A graduate of California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo, Carrie holds a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, and a master’s degree in Agriculture Business Management.

Noémie Heuland is Chief Financial Officer at Ceridian. She is responsible for the full scope of global finance functions, including investor relations, global financial strategy, financial planning, reporting and analysis, tax, treasury, and purchasing.

Prior to joining Ceridian, Noémie was at SAP, where she worked in Paris and Miami, most recently as CFO for Latin America and the Caribbean. She is a founding board member of “La French Tech”, a French government and private sector partnership, in Miami.
