CertaSite CEO and leadership

Jeff is the guy with a vision. He founded CertaSite after working at Koorsen Fire and Security for 25 years, where he worked his way up the corporate ladder-from installation technician all the way to president of the company.

Jeff served in the United States Navy as an interior communications electrician and also holds certifications in electricity and electronics.

A 30-year veteran of the industry, Jeff has overseen the ongoing addition of locations to the CertaSite family since the company was formed in March 2019. Under his leadership, CertaSite now boasts a presence in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Kelly serves as the customer inside the walls of CertaSite. She is focused on our mission to make life safety and fire protection an easy and simplified experience by leveraging innovation, communications best practices, and critically listening to the voice of the customer. Prior to joining CertaSite, she served as director of marketing and digital services, and later vice president of marketing, for Koorsen Fire and Security. In her role there, she developed and oversaw the strongest growth period in the company’s history.

Kelly earned her undergraduate degree from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, and her Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Brian is our numbers guy. He eats, lives, and breathes them. And we’re thankful for it as he manages our financial strategy and oversees all financial functions, corporate development, acquisitions, and integrations. Prior to joining the CertaSite team, he served as the vice president of finance with Equian. Brian’s prior experience also includes serving as the controller for KYB America, a subsidiary of KYB, a Japanese public company. Brian started his career at Deloitte where he was a senior manager in both the audit and M&A transaction service practice.

Brian earned both his Master of Business Administration and undergraduate degree from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
