It serves government agencies and federal organizations including Social Security Administration, Department of Energy, Department of Agriculture, the U.S. Coast Guard, the U.S. Army, and the U.S. Navy. Certes Networks, Inc. was formerly known as CipherOptics, Inc. and changed its name in January 2011. The company was founded in 2000 and is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
