The firm Technology Operating Model (TOM) framework and process facilitates those reviews and provides a mechanism for guidance. The Consulting version of this process is known as Certified to Use (CtU). CtU is required for technologies that host client data, connect to Deloitte systems, and/or use 3rd party software.
