Be Group, is assisting our Philadelphia client in identifying and hiring a supply chain professional to join their growing company. Responsibilities: Materials & Inventory Management: Monitor material requirements, maintain optimal inventory levels, and coordinate timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods. Supplier Coordination: Support supplier sourcing and qualification, manage purchase orders, track supplier performance, and resolve delivery or quality issues. Production Support: Collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to align production schedules with material availability and customer demand. Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, work with carriers, and support freight cost analysis.
