Texas Physical or Occupational Therapist License or eligible for temporary Texas Physical or Occupational Therapist License- must obtain licensure within 90 days of employment American Heart Association BLS Hand Therapy Certification through Hand Therapy Credentialing Commission (HTCC)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Demonstrates the skills and competencies necessary to safely perform the assigned job, determined through on-going skills, competency assessments, and performance evaluations.
