They have a mall and a barber shop. This is more of a therapy facility than a locked unit They allow free roaming with specific perimeters, certain check in times with head counts. BH - LVN - Variable Start Date: 3/3 Orientation Dates: 3/3 (Tentative; subject to change) ***DHS takes two weeks to credential*** **Check start dates must be 2+ weeks out for credentialing (10 business days)** **Client feedback on submissions takes about 5 days** **Deadline to submit to the facility is: 2/11/2025** 26 or 52-week contracts 40 hours 5 x 8's Overtime is not given but is an option on an as-needed basis If a candidate has worked under 40 hours, they will receive a call to fulfill their 40 hours. Shift: Variable Must be flexible Orientation will last 30 days or so VERY IMPORTANT candidates do not miss or call out during training. Administers medications via oral, parenteral routes, and topical routes as per Provider s written orders. May assist with referral and tracking for routine visits, ancillary services, and external providers, notes tracking in medical record and in the appropriate software program as indicated by CHCCC. Greets patients using two patient identifiers, escorts them to examination room, assists in monitoring patient waiting areas, including patient examination rooms in the event of an acute situation, and to minimize the patient's waiting and maximize the utilization of the provider and the clinic. Acts to minimize the emotional discomfort associated with an office visit. Provides comfort and encouragement for patients with anxiety. Maintains clean and safe patient areas. Follows safety procedures and report unsafe conditions to supervisor. Ensure appropriate documentation of immunizations, intake, vitals, medication reconciliation, etc., in electronic medical record. May act as an interpreter, using proper and formal grammar, when necessary between the patient and provider. Cleans and disinfects instruments and prepares for sterilization by placing instruments in appropriate solution(s) as per manufacturers and CHC guidelines.
