About the role:

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
How you will contribute:
ยท You will answer phones, and greet and focus on our donors, while ensuring the safety of donors and our team.
ยท You will screen new and repeat donors and take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
ยท You will use our Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
ยท You will help identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company approved procedures.
ยท You will be there for our donors, which includes working a variety of shifts, Saturdays and Sundays, and holidays.
What you bring to Takeda:
ยท High school diploma or equivalent
ยท Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
ยท Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays
ยท Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees

Job Summary

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOME HEALTH AIDE (HHA) / CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA)
As a Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you are the heart and soul of our team. Under the direction of a licensed nurse, you get to help our senior/elderly residents stay close to home and live with independence and dignity. You do more than just provide medication reminders or assist with meals, light housekeeping, bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, errands, and appointments. While those tasks are important, you also provide companionship and socialization, as you support them in visiting with friends, attending events, or working on hobbies.
You make sure that they are mentally stimulated, physically active, and well-nourished, encouraging independence and promoting family involvement as much as possible. You are meticulous about reporting any changes or concerns promptly. In this way, you provide real peace-of-mind for them and their families.
QUALIFICATIONS
No experience necessary paid training provided.
Ability to pass a background check.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
