Prep patient encounters by updating medical records, ensuring accuracy of medications, past medical history, recent bloodwork, and radiology images to facilitate informed provider decisions. Perform point-of-care testing and specimen collection with sensitivity and efficiency, including strep, COVID, flu, RSV swabs, hemoglobin/lipid checks, blood draws, urine collection, and other diagnostics, while ensuring patient comfort. Provide breathing treatments and other minor in-office procedures, reassuring and educating families about the process.
