Sierra Sunrise provides onsite mental health services, case management, peer support and housing navigation to support individuals who are experiencing homelessness. Position Summary The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will play a pivotal role in providing healthcare services to clients with behavioral health needs within a low barrier shelter setting. The CNA will work with the Care Teams to assess client's physical needs, including assisting with daily living skills and wound care.
