Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Our Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant-STNA in Ohio) work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care, and give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
Nursing assistants check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
Provide assistance with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming)
Successful completion of State CNA/STNA course is required. Must maintain certification.

Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles
Care for clients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care
Maintain record of clients care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor using our company app.
Build relationships with clients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert.
Assist clients on outings, when required.
Run errands for clients, when required.

Job Description:
We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct care and support to our clients. This is an ON CALL position Saturday and Sunday 7:30am-7:30pm. You will clock in at your home 7:30am and must stay in the area to be on call for any call outs. Must be okay with cats and dogs, and able to work with a wide variety of clients including difficult clients. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, administer medication under the direction of a nurse, and provide emotional support to clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Help with mobility and transfers
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
Perform light housekeeping duties
Provide companionship and emotional support
Monitor and report changes in clients' health status
Follow care plans and work closely with the care team
Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a CNA with a current license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Ability to follow care plans and instructions
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
