Join our team in a 90-bed Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Unit, with 20 Rehab beds and 70 LTC beds. Staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs), CertifiedNursing Assistants (CNAs), and Medication Aides. Operating with a patient ratio of 1:15 days, 1:19 evenings and 1:25 nights, our unit cares for patients with Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), COPD, Diabetes, ESRD, Renal Failure, Dementia, Stroke, and Heart Disease. This role offers an opportunity to work collaboratively in a supportive environment focused on providing quality care and support to individuals requiring temporary rehab assistance and LTC needs.
