    Job Description Job Title: Community Residence Aide Position Status: Full Time Non- Exempt Department: Residential Services Immediate Supervisor: Site Supervisor Salary: $18.26 Job Summary: Community Residence Aides (CRAs) in our Residential Department work within group homes and apartment settings to provide a wide variety of person-centered, trauma informed supports and services to adults with a mental health diagnosis. CRAs will provide support with daily living activities and socialization; while modeling, teaching, and advocating for them to live at their highest level of independence. CRAs are responsible for the supervision and safety of those residing at their site, overseeing medication self-administration, medical appointment participation, and household chores and cleaning. Paid training is provided. Sites are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Residence locations are on the East Side of Buffalo. CRAs working 3pm-11pm Monday through Friday will receive a shift differential of $1.50 per hour. CRAs working 11pm-7am Monday through Friday will receive a shift differential of $2.00 per hour. Weekend shift differential is $2.00 additional per hour. Some CRAs will earn up to $19.50 per hour depending on the shift worked. Supervisory Duties: This position has no supervisory duties.
