As the Home and Community Bases Services Aide, you will provide support, assistance with personal hygiene and household functions for an individual to be able to remain in their own home.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders

This is a high-volume clinic requiring collaboration with multiple team members, providers and leadership to help provide the best and safest care for the children we serve. This position will require some floating to our other Regional locations as needed to help cover sick calls, vacations, and other staffing needs. This position will require working a minimum of 20 hours a week with the expectation to flex up when needed to cover clinics and the needs of the patients.
