Identifies and utilizes strategies to monitor and evaluate resource management decisions on quality and timeliness for supplemental staff requests. Manage staffing resources, on-call schedule, staffing schedule, and daily staffing assignments. Manage employee timecards and payroll. Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned. Minimum Qualifications 1. Licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in Illinois with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, Division of Professional Regulation. 2. Three years of professional nursing experience. OR 3.
