Must be able to work closely with residents and their families during difficult times, including illness; aging in place; and comfort care at the end stage of life. Must be able to offer resident and family support in the event of death. This position is a part-time role with the schedule being: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 3p-11:30p every other weekend Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must be able to read, write, and speak English, and possess good communication skills. Must be willing to obtain a high school diploma or equivalent. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS One- year nurse's aide experience preferred. Willingness to take additional geriatric related training.
