We meet our patients where they are and this position will serve our patients in Wichita, Archer, Clay, Jack, Young and Montague counties. We will rely on you to ensure that all patients you visit will receive provision or assistance with personal care as a part of the total plan of care including: personal hygiene, bathing, dressing , feeding and toileting.
