Document in, and refer to, all pertinent lists of record keeping systems, ie. toileting book, dietary need book, daily communication book and miscellaneous flow sheets and SAMM documentation.
Assist multi-disciplinary team in the development, implementation and evaluation of care plans for residents. Attend and contribute to care planning meetings as assigned.
Escort residents to medical appointments within the community, as needed.
Maintain day-to-day cleanliness in resident's rooms and bathrooms and assure tidiness in all accessible storage areas and common areas. Responsible for bed making and linen changing. SEEKING FULL-TIME CERTIFIED MEDICINE AIDE

Do you thrive in an environment where you can build meaningful relationships with residents while providing essential care? If so, we're looking for a Certified Medicine Aide (CMA) to join our compassionate team in our vibrant assisted living community.
You will work under the direction of a licensed nurse, playing a vital role in ensuring our residents receive their medications and treatments safely and efficiently. You will be a key part of our residents' daily well-being, contributing to a supportive and engaging atmosphere.
Position Highlights
*Administer routine and PRN medications as prescribed.
*Monitor vital signs and report observations to the supervising nurse.
*Maintain accurate medication documentation.
*Collaborate with our team to provide person-centered care.
Qualifications:
*Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Medication Technician or Certified Medicine Aide Course and current certification per state requirements.
*Completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant program, if required by state of employment.
*Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and to respond to their medical and physical needs.
*Basic knowledge of computers or willingness to learn.
*Must attend a minimum of 12 hours continuing education programs provided by the assisted living center to maintain certification.
*Must provide verification of TST (tuberculin skin test) as required by state law and in accordance with Company policy.
