Maintain a calm and professional presence for the patient and their family members. 11. Follow all hospital or facility protocols and procedures related to patient observation and safety. 12. Other duties as assigned. Other information: Technical Expertise 1. Knowledge of and experience in medical terminology preferred. 2. Experience working in healthcare environment is preferred. 3.
