Under the supervision of the Transportation Coordinator, the Medical Transporter is responsible for the direct transportation of physically limited passengers to and from their destinations. Completes driver log each time the vehicle is used. Keep an accurate record of all facility transports, mileage and times. Provides facility administrator with completed logs. Inspects the company vehicle monthly using the Vehicle Maintenance Log. Reports all maintenance or vehicle needs to the facility administrator timely and follow up as appropriate. Assists with maintaining all maintenance records and other records regarding the company vehicle.
