POSITION: Part-Time CNA Examiner TYPE OF APPOINTMENT: Part-time, non-benefited WHO MAY BE CONSIDERED: Anyone eligible to work in the United States JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for assisting with the administration of the CNA exam, including both the knowledge test and the skills test. Work is scheduled on an as-needed basis, depending on when CNA testing sessions are held. The individual in this role will support the testing process to ensure exams are conducted smoothly, fairly, and according to established guidelines. Required Competencies * Must support the mission, vision, and values of NDSCS * Current RN Licensure in North Dakota * One year direct experience working in a long-term care facility * Experience working with patient care in a healthcare setting * Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills * Strong customer service and organizational skills * Computer experience in word-processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications * Knowledge of the adult learning process Additional Information PAY: * Skills portion of exam: $30 per student tested * Knowledge exam: $15 per hour DATE AVAILABLE: As arranged SCREENING BEGINS: Immediately - for full consideration, applications should be received as soon as possible.
