and within the resident's reach. Pass water pitcher as per established policy and procedure.
• Dress residents neatly and in their own clothing. Assist residents in dressing as necessary.
• Assist in preparing residents for meals (taking to/from dining room, serving trays, placing bibs, assisting
in feeding or cutting food, removal of trays, supervision in dining room, etc.).
• Serve nourishment in accordance with established facility procedures.
• Feed residents who cannot feed themselves.
• Assure that resident's food is accessible and self-help devices are available as needed.
• Prepare residents for therapy, activities, physician visits, religious services, etc., to include transporting residents to/from such activities.
• Keep incontinent residents clean and dry as possible at all times. Change bed linens, diapers and clothing as often as necessary.
• Do not permit residents to smoke in bed.
• Assure that the nurse's call system is attached to the bed and within easy reach at all times when
residents are bedfast.

This role is ideal for a bilingual professional who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is comfortable supporting both administrative and patient care functions.
Bilingual Medical Assistant Key Responsibilities:
Support clinic operations and ensure smooth patient flow.
Room patients, collect intake information, and assist with visit preparation.
Manage and maintain medical equipment and supplies.
Assist with acupuncture clinic setup, room sanitation, and supply organization.
Provide administrative support including forms processing, data entry, and EMR updates.
Collect and process urine specimens and support lab workflows.
Perform billing for preliminary and confirmatory tests.
Provide occasional front office coverage and cross-team support as needed.
Travel between nearby clinic locations as needed.
Bilingual Medical Assistant Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Proficiency in medical terminology, EMR systems, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Reliable transportation to travel between local clinic sites.
Certified Medical Assistant or equivalent experience (2+ years in clinical setting).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Bilingual Medical Assistant Preferred:
Prior experience in Workers' Compensation or multi-site clinic operations.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
