Monthly Celebrations and recognitions Responsibilities The Resident Aides primary responsibility is providing for the daily care, health needs, safety and comfort of the residents under the supervision and direction of the Assisted Living Manager. Conducting/supervising daily activities according to the activity schedule and encourage all residents to participate.
