This position will be responsible for delivering training for nurse aide and other health science courses. This will include maintaining supplies and equipment for simulation lab and clinical experience. Must work within budgetary guidelines and the Department of Aging and Disability Services ( DADS ) curriculum.
Essential Functions
Instruct Nurse Aide and other health science students in theory and skill Utilize a variety of effective and professional teaching techniques and methods to assist students in attaining the performance objectives of the courses Fulfill course curriculum and learning objectives Assist in maintaining accreditation from DADS and other regulatory agencies Oversee clinical experience of students in various community clinical sites and in a simulation lab including maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment Prepare report of students' success according to Midland College and Midland ISD guidelines Maintain budgetary compliance Attend meetings as required by the Director Observe the administrative policies and mission of Midland College Other duties as assigned

JOB DUTIES
