NSPs are vital members of our interdisciplinary team, promoting health, safety, dignity, and independence in a residential setting. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provide personal care, including bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Support daily routines and active treatment programs to foster resident independence. Prepare meals, snacks and drinks in accordance with individual dietary needs and restrictions. Administer medications and treatments as outlined in the Medication Administration Record (MAR) and physician orders.
