Responsibilities The Medical Assistant performs both clinical and administrative duties that directly support efficient clinic flow, effective and safe clinic operations, and excellent patient experience. Respond to calls and requests for referrals and appointments, triage and process messages, and requestes from patients, clinic staff, referring physicians and pharmacies.
