What you will be doing * Assists with coordination and promotion of workshops, meetings, programs and conferences * Assists in the coordination of new faculty orientation programs * Provides on-going administrative support to faculty and staff that deliver workshops and programs * Assists with general office operations * Coordinates and prepares booklets and materials for classes, workshops and meetings * Maintains adequate inventory of promotional materials and office supplies * Maintains and updates promotional materials * Assists in the creation and maintenance of program files * Provides general information and answers calls regarding CIOL programs * Serves as a liaison between CIOL and program participants * Assists in continuous program evaluation * Performs other duties as assigned What you need to succeed * Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution and three (3) years of related experience * Knowledge and understanding of College organization, goals and objectives, and policies and procedures * Possess knowledge of and experience with general office practices and procedures * Ability to adapt to a high volume office environment * Capability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks to meet deadlines and to follow-through on a timely basis * Possess capacity to work independently or with minimal supervision and be self-motivated * Proficiency in interacting with people of all levels and exercising considerable poise, tact, patience, and courtesy at all times * Possess Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office * Ability to travel from campus to campus * Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal * Ability to work well in a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural environment with students, faculty and staff * Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evening and weekend assignments Additional Requirements The final candidate is to successfully complete a background screening and reference check process. We are seeking a Full-Time Kennel Assistant to help provide outstanding patient care and client service in a fast-paced, multi-doctor animal hospital. The Kennel Assistant is responsible for maintaining back of hospital duties. These tasks include: caring for boarding animals, maintaining appropriate feeding schedules/providing prescribed medication to pets, maintaining the kennel area (cleaning and mopping), bathing animals and upholding the highest level of care for all pets. Additional duties may include general cleaning of the hospital and communicating directly with clients.
