About the Role
As a Belmont Village Caregiver, you will provide hands-on personal assistance to a group of seniors living within our large Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The Caregiver role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail oriented, patient, caring and enjoys a high level of personal engagement with older adults.
Your Typical Daily Responsibilities
Provide personal assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community

Document care and services provided daily by following customized service plans and communicating to supervisor any observed changes in care needs

Active Home Health Aide certification
At least 18 years of age.
Understands hospice philosophy, comfortable providing specialized care to the terminally ill.
Has empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail and the impaired.
Possess and maintains current CPR certification.
Licensed driver with automobile that is insured in accordance with organization requirements and is in good working order.

About this Role:
The Provider Investigations Branch is a team of multidisciplinary staff (Auditor, Clinical, Analytical, and Investigative) established to investigate Medi-Cal fraud by developing the basis for the successful prosecution of said fraud, in multiple diverse Medi-Cal provider types and program areas.
To assure the proper and efficient operation of the Medi-Cal Program, the Nurse Evaluator II within the Providers Investigations Branch, uses professional nursing knowledge, expertise and judgment to perform program integrity functions which include onsite reviews of Medi-Cal providers, evaluation of medical documentation of services and drugs, and provision of expert medical testimony at administrative appeal and criminal hearings in collaboration with management and legal counsel. The incumbent must have the ability to act independently, be flexible, open-minded, and tactful in dealing with team members, audit leads, managers, and executive management. The incumbent must be able to accurately convey medical program integrity findings effectively, both orally and in written form. Travel of up to 15% is required, including statewide overnight travel may be necessary to complete audits, attend training, meetings and other activities as directed by management. Incumbent must be able to travel to provider sites and be flexible to travel on short notice.

Telework and Salary Information
Telework: This position is currently eligible for telework up to three days per week and is required to report in person a minimum of two days per week.
